Collection: BREATHE COLLECTION
I’m not very good at it, but I take weekly yoga classes, which of course focuses on the breath. This breathwork centers me, allows me to focus on my priorities, and clears my head.
When I remember to do it.
This painting collection is a reminder that we need to take care of ourselves the same way we take care of everyone else.
